About 1EdTech

1EdTech® Consortium (formerly IMS Global) is a member-based, non-profit, community partnership of leading educational institutions, from K-12 to Higher Education, government organizations, and edtech suppliers, collaborating to enable better digital teaching and learning for all.

Our organization gives a voice to all members as we develop solutions to the challenges educators and learners face today and look ahead to address future needs. We do this through the development and adoption of technical standards that make day-to-day activities easier for educators and learners, create systems that support educators as they work to meet the individual needs of each student, provide a digital record of learners' skills that they can take with them and share throughout their lives, and leverage data to improve the educational experience for all stakeholders.
